14 days, no questions asked
Cancel any paid plan within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. Emailsupport@sheetlinkwp.comor use the billing portal - either works, and "no questions asked" means exactly that. After 14 days, subscriptions can be canceled anytime and simply stop billing at the end of the paid period.
Your data is not hostage to a billing decision
Whether or not you were refunded, your submissions stay exportable for30 days after cancellation - one click, everything you stored. A hosted service holds your data as well as your money; a fair refund policy has to return access to both.
The fine print, minimized
The free tier needs no refunds - it is free. This policy applies to Pro from the moment you are first charged. EU and UK customers: statutory withdrawal rights apply in addition to, never instead of, this policy.
