SheetLink Forms has a free tier at $0 and a Pro tier at $19/month or $190/year, and submissions are never charged per item. Two tiers, one rule: the free tier is a real plan, not a trial, and Pro is one flat number.
Free - $0, no card, no time limit
100 submissions a month. 3 forms. One destination - a Google Sheet or an Excel workbook, your choice. 30 days of submission history. All five ingestion paths (HTML endpoint, sl.js, Webflow, Framer, email-in), full spam quarantine, full attribution capture. Hit 100 and new submissions pause rather than disappear - we hold them for 7 days, so upgrading in the same week loses nothing. Excel needs a Microsoft 365 work or school account - personal (consumer) OneDrive is not supported by Microsoft's Excel API; Google Sheets works with any Google account. As of August 2026 no other form backend delivers to Excel at all (we checked).

Unlimited forms. Unlimited submissions. We do not count them, and we never will. Unlimited connected Sheets and Excel workbooks, 24 months of submission history - export anything, any time. Rate limits exist only as abuse protection: if your traffic ever looks like an attack rather than a business, we will email you before we do anything at all (terms, written without a numeric threshold on purpose - a number would function as a meter).

Task-metered pricing punishes you for succeeding - a busy launch day should be good news, not an invoice. Submissions are never counted against a quota, on any tier; rate limits exist only as abuse protection. This is contractual, not marketing: it lives in our terms. Is SheetLink Forms free?
The free tier is free forever: 100 submissions a month, 3 forms, one connected destination (a Google Sheet or an Excel workbook), 30 days of submission history. Open signup, no card. There are no per-submission fees at any tier, ever - that is a design decision, not a promotion, and it is written into our terms.
What does Pro cost and what are its limits?
Pro is $19 per month or $190 per year (2 months free). Unlimited forms, unlimited submissions - we do not count them - unlimited connected Sheets and Excel workbooks, and 24 months of submission history. Rate limits exist only as abuse protection.
What happens when a free account hits 100 submissions?
New submissions pause rather than disappear - we hold them for 7 days, so upgrading in the same week loses nothing. Nothing is ever silently dropped.
Are there per-submission or per-task fees?
No. Unlike Zapier-style automation platforms, submissions are never metered against a task quota, on any tier. Rate limits exist only as abuse protection - see the fair-use section of our terms, which deliberately contains no numeric threshold because a number would function as a meter.
Does Excel delivery work on any Microsoft account?
Excel delivery requires a Microsoft 365 work or school account (OneDrive for Business or SharePoint). Personal consumer OneDrive is not supported by Microsoft's Excel API - a Microsoft platform limit. Google Sheets delivery works with any Google account.
